My Rule of thumb is, anyone I know who is going to be used in an exploration or to challenge the tower goes home until I need them regardless of any tokens they were collecting. These tasks are also listed at the top of those characters quest lists, so if you see that a character you have out has a task, keep that in mind. It doesn't look like they give us clarity as to which characters are available to actually go out or not though, so that is annoying.
There is no longer a daily refresh button, so you will need to collect refresh tokens actively to maintain the use of your characters in the tower challenge.Īs for those who are busy or not, when you send a character out to go on an exploration, they will have a timer on their picture for that task. It seems like this is a good source for Refresh tokens along with the attraction "Refreshes" tab. I think they will have a chance or will definitely drop refresh tokens for each one you complete, but if you complete a row or column, you get the prize at the end of that row or column (sorta like a Bingo thing). I just posted a general post about the new Tower Challenge setup from my perspective.įor explorations, we can only send two characters out at a time.
